Tiffany Boulton, from Lavant Road Surgery will be replacing Liz Coulthard as our Chichester representative from the 1st January 2011. Liz Coulthard however will still be very much involved as our Patron and Treasurer.

About Tiffany: I started work in the NHS in 2000 when I joined Cancer Services at St Richards Hospital.  In 2002 I took on the position of Assistant Practice Manager at Lavant Road Surgery and then became Practice Manager in 2007 working alongside Lesley Kent who is the Business Manager. I am 46 years old, married with one son and in my spare time I like to play golf.

Appraising and Mentoring
Following the really successful appraisal workshop, we have had volunteers that have kindly come forward to volunteer to help appraise other Practice Managers and be mentors in specific areas or for new Practice Managers.
