West Sussex Practice Managers Association Annual Conference

The West Sussex Practice Managers Association held an annual conference on Thursday 21st September 2023, at Fontwell Park Racecourse again and had yet another fantastic line-up of keynote speakers on the day, plus seminars from the LGBT Foundation on Pride in Practice and how it impacts on patient access, Tree View Designs talking about website accessibility and inequality, and our very own local Practice Manager Sam Pegg spoke about her successful signposting project.

It was a great day and the theme this year was chocolate….what more could you want!
