Clair Fallows
- Locality: Horsham
I’m Clair Fallows, Practice Manager at The Courtyard Surgery in Horsham. I joined the NHS as a Practice Manager in March 2013, after a “glittering” career as Office & HR Manager for various private sector companies such as law firms and architects. I’ve even done my time working at Bognor Butlins, many many years ago when I could handle the party lifestyle.
I was new to the NHS when I joined in 2013 and it’s been an eye-opening experience! I think all primary care staff do an amazing job in often very difficult circumstances, and not often do we see a thank you from those in power. Practice Managers and deputies/assistants etc. are a truly under-valued resource and I am optimistic that WSPMA can change that attitude.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with family and friends, looking after my three cats and spending money on holidays and trainers (I have 40 pairs). I also love to sing and gig with my band, which such a fantastic release from the stresses of general practice.
Don’t hesitate to send me an email if you need help with anything; we are here to help you.
