I am Claire Deegan, one of two Managing Partners at The Park Surgery in Littlehampton.
I have worked in both Primary and Secondary Care for the past 30 years, originally in a clinical role before transitioning into a Business Management position, working within the private and NHS sectors.
I have previously held the position of Specialist CQC Advisor in 2008 and have been lucky enough to have had the privilege of writing in several professional journals on team development and learning.
I am Associate CIPD qualified and head up HR, Compliance and Operations at the practice. I have a special interest in Health Inequalities.
In my spare time I enjoy taking my pug, Lola for walks on the Downs and going to the Gym.
I look forward to my new role as Locality Lead for Arun.
