Josiane Wadey
- Locality: Worthing
I’m Josiane (known mostly as Jo) Wadey, Practice Business Manager at St Lawrence Surgery in Worthing and Chair of the WSPMA. I am also the founding Director of the Institute of General Practice Management.
I am passionate in ensuring practice management is supported in every way needed, and making sure our voices are heard at national level. I love to mentor Practice Managers and support practices in need – I do this one day per week, working with Andrew, my brother-in-law through Premium Primary Care.
I have also worked for CQC and continue to do so as and when needed, this helps me understand the regulations and again this helps to support practices in governance. Premium Primary Care and Innovations in Primary Care work together to deliver deep dives to help practices identify any areas of excellence and gaps to help prepare them for CQC inspections.
Away from work I enjoy spending time with family and friends, swimming, going to the gym, walking the dogs and going on holiday!
