Jess Yaxley: Mid-Sussex Locality Representative

I’m Jess Yaxley and I’m a Practice Manager in Haywards Heath, managing a two-site practice with 12,000 patients.  I represent the Mid Sussex Locality covering Haywards Heath, Burgess Hill and East Grinstead areas. 

I’ve been a PM for nearly 6 years and previously was Head of Operations at IC24 for 16 years.  I am also a PM Director for Alliance for Better Care (ABC) the GP Federation covering parts of mid Sussex, Horsham, Crawley & East Surrey.
