Natalie Jones
- Locality: Crawley
I’m Natalie and I have been the Practice Manager at Furnace Green Surgery since December 2019. I had previously worked in an East Surrey surgery for 10 years, joining the Practice on a part-time contract, employed to prepare the notes that had arrived on site for the GPs to summarise. Those were the days! I worked through most roles though my last position was as Business Intelligence Lead (the Practice had become part of a Modality Partnership by this point).
I am a Practice Manager Representative on the LCS Harmonisation Board, and I am also part of the SASH Interface group that meets monthly. Some of you may also know me through the LCS Training Sessions that I have presented to members of the WSPMA.
I actually grew up in Crawley, not far from the surgery in which I now work, so my life feels a little bit like it has come full circle. I now live just over the border in Surrey with my husband and 3 sons, and outside of work enjoy getting away in our campervan and making patchwork quilts - often at the same time!
I thoroughly enjoy my role as Practice Manager due to the sheer variety of tasks that you can find on your to do list each day, and I look forward to my new role as WSPMA Committee Member and Locality Lead for Crawley PMs.
